With Dr Dr. Gerlind Wisskirchen, Alexandra Kammer and Sophie Bieber we talked about ways in which organisations and individuals can take action to break the bias.
💬 I talked about #inclusive communication as one of the pillars of an inclusive culture. There is no inclusion if there is no authentic and active commitment from the organisation and all levels to break down the bias.
