Why shoud you add your pronouns?

Adding your #pronouns to your email signature or LinkedIn profile serves several purposes:

How I want to be addressed?
Sharing your pronouns in your email signature is a way to show people how you want to be addressed. Same as sharing your nickname or short version of your name it´s your consent to be addressed a certain way.

Set a norm for all, not only queer people.
Ally is a verb. Sharing your pronouns is a way to set a norm and ease the burden of "pronouns coming-out" on trans, non binary people. It´s also a way of showing your acceptance of all identities.

Sharing pronouns should NOT be mandatory!
Some people are not ready to share their pronouns yet and they should not be forced to out themselves.
